Fixed issue with Quick search box showing above widget position in Resource manager.

Now Quick search works correctly in Resource manager on all pages.

Fixed issue with close results button in Resource manager.

Fixed issue with quick search not working on forum list.

• Now honors "View threads by others" permission.

• Fixed issue with showing current thread in quick search results.

Fixed issue when enhanced search option is selected.

Now supports a scroll bar to allow viewing additional results. If upgrading from a previous version, be sure to change the Maximum results in the options page to the new default which is 100.

• Quick search now works properly in forum view even when the filters have been selected.

Fixed issue with XFRM quick search.
