Module for PrestaShop displaying Messenger button, thanks to which we can quickly allow customers to contact our support.
Communication via messenger works on all devices, it also creates a message history available to the customer (also from facebook.com), as well as fanpage administrators.

Most of the configurations are similar.
If it suddenly stops working, it may be due to usage (memory ,CPU etc) on your website or other issues. In this case, you can obtain more information by checking PHP or PRESTASHOP logs.
