thanks to dear member @richard updated Gravity Forms Polls Add-On with a new update entry:

26 January 2023

- Updated styles to work with the Orbital theme in Gravity Forms 2.7.
- Fixed an issue where the poll settings have gform-icon--poll text before the heading.
- Fixed an issue that causes the field values and associated toggle to show in the Choices UI of the form editor.
