How can I upload and add an image (screenshots) from my computer?

I created a new thread a few seconds ago to feedback an error. But I could not upload screenshot of it from my computer.
Insert Image only allows me to add an URL. However I saw some posts that members uploaded images. How other members upload image?
screenshots may be more useful for forum admins but I do not want to spend time to find an image uploader site, upload image, take the url and paste here.
Should it be this hard to help the forum?

I've uploaded the image online here https://imgbb.com/ and then got the url. It was very quick and it saves forums space.
