How do i get Credit and what are the differences between member groups?

I don't see a search engine on the forum so I can't search to see if the resource has been shared so I can share the resources I downloaded from xenforo.com onto the forum. I hope the admin takes this into consideration.

see page right top area,you can find search for register user,
and you can change style in bottom area.

I am sure you will not accept but downloading a resource cause -10 credits while resource downloaded +Random(1-4) which is not fair. Lower limit (1) is too low when comparing to -10.

I am trying to understand the forum usage. I sent a post saying resource downloaded and resource downloading credits are not fair and I understood why it is like this.
I notice that it is possible to buy credits 10 credits is $5. I think this why getting credits so hard. They want to earn money by selling credits. okay, your forum, your rules.
Do you pay any money if some use the credits bought from you to download a resource.
Let's give an example;
Suppose I uploaded a resource, someone wants to download it but don't have enough credits and bought 10 credits for $5. You earned 5$.
will you give some of it ($5) since my resource is downloaded?
