Fixes:

• 16-inch display adaptation
• question order after skipping
• export-import of quizzes with 'Hotspot'question

Improvements:

• TCPDF library updated to 6.4.4 compatible with PHP 8.0
• renamed finish button in the 'Enable skip questions:Yes, and allow to submit quiz with not answered questions' mode
• added titles for 'Skip' and 'Next' buttons in standard template
• changed the logic of feedback generation on the final page
• for version compatibility...
