oh bad.. seems you are wrongly projecting @Reichel.. test that complete extension, you will face error from shipment process. because few observer files missing. without shipment step, you cant proceed with delivery boy assign process.

are you able to assign delivery boy? because the pack missing files which is breaking from shipping process. and no delivery boy/tracking related feature not shows in customer account. no mobile app code within this pack.

if you are also using magento2 customer mobile app https://store.webkul.com/magento2-mobile-app.html, then the customer can track the delivery in their mobile app,

DeliveryBoy just have DeliveryBoy function ,it is not include webkul mobile app function,According to the webkul sales policy, they are sold separately​
